Beautiful Swap Card

I received this swap card at last week's meeting and it's so pretty I have to share. My friend and fellow demonstrator Kathy Milano made this one. It looks even better in person. She used the 'Thoughts and Prayers' stamp set.

    What a beautiful card! I think it's the best one I've seen using the top note on a card. LOVE IT!
